Germany – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – BVG Betriebshofverbund Süd-Ost - Tiefbauarbeiten, Wasserhaltung, Verkehrsanlagen und Ing. Bauwerke inkl. Außenbeleuchtung und Erdungs- und Blitzschutzanlagen, Hochbau - Rummelsburger Landstraße

In the course of converting the bus fleet to electric drive in the Berlin urban area, BVG plans to build the new Treptow depot. This consists of the two individual sites Köpenicker Landstraße (KLS) and Rummelsburger Landstraße (RLS). The following considers only the Rummelsburger Landstraße (RLS) site at Minna-Todenhagen-Straße 6. In an extensive workshop, the legal inspections, technical maintenance and repair measures are carried out. The main warehouse is also located here. The site is supplemented with a bus parking area incl. charging points. The overall construction project RLS has been divided into lots. The following considers the so-called "Lot 4 RLS". The subject of this procurement are all services for the implementation of civil engineering works, water management, traffic facilities and engineering structures incl. outdoor lighting and earthing and lightning protection systems as well as building construction. Lot 4 includes: • Traffic facilities road, engineering structures and drainage, underground media infrastructure • Earthworks (fine grading, installation of foundation pads, trenches etc.) • Earthing and lightning protection for the entire yard • Building construction Building A Porter, Building CA-CD Workshop, Building B Carport, Building DB Gas Storage, Building E Car Park Canopy, Building D - Transfer Station, each incl. technical building equipment. • Interface coordination for the named construction project by a general contractor according to the terms of the contract and its annexes. The integration of third-party construction services such as elevator systems, roof work platforms and charging infrastructure as well as utilities (district heating, water, electricity) and delivery and installation of mechanical systems is to be taken into account and calculated. BVG and the State of Berlin attach importance to the sustainability of the project. Thus, the workshops will be built within the framework of economically viable possibilities according to the current state of the art and individual, applicable aspects of sustainable building will be taken into account where appropriate.
