Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_ELT_KJF der Diözese Regensburg e.V._Ersatzneubau HPZ Rottal-Inn in Eggenfelden

The building of the KJF in Eggenfelden, constructed in 1983, houses the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Rottal-Inn with the facilities of the St. Rupert School for pupils with intellectual disabilities (instruction and sports use), a therapeutic day care centre, a pre-school preparatory facility and an integrative kindergarten. The original plan to renovate the existing building was abandoned due to a cost-benefit analysis, and instead, it was decided to completely rebuild (replace) it. The existing building must be completely demolished and then the site prepared for the new construction. The connection to the public infrastructure must be renewed and adapted to the new conditions. There is an existing infrastructure that can be used for the replacement new build. The basic services of phases 1 (excluding phase 4) - 9 of the specialist planning services of the scope of services Technical Equipment, Plant Groups 4, 5 and 6 according to §§ 53, 55 Abs. 1 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Annex 15 are to be commissioned. Only in the event that, with regard to the interim solution of a container school, specialist planning services would be needed. However, it is assumed that the usual electrification of the containers is available. For this reason, not all individual services of the scope of services Technical Equipment of phases 1 - 8 will be required. Only school-specific usage requirements are relevant, such as emergency lighting, IT systems, fire alarm system, telecommunications, etc. These possibly required (partial) services are to be commissioned as additional services in the form of an optional lump sum.
