The subject of the contract is the supply of medicinal products - special nutritional products, enteral nutrition products. The subject of the contract is a contract awarded in parts and includes 11 lots. An offer must be submitted for all items in a given lot for its validity. The contracting authority does not allow offers to be submitted for items within a lot. The contracting authority has specified a detailed description of the subject of the contract and the mandatory conditions that must be met by the subject of the contract offered, which are set out in Annex No. 2 and in the draft contract.
