The contracting authority intends to award in one lot strategic intermediary services in the field of mobility and logistics. This involves the management of programmes and projects for the development of mobility and logistics policy and coordination, monitoring and evaluation, mostly at a strategic level, of the implementation of this policy and in the field of policy for an integrated mobility and transport system — including goods transport, passenger transport and sectors such as Construction, Healthcare, Retail, etc. The contractor is to fulfil the network function, programme management and platform function. The scope concerns: 1. Fulfilling the network function; 2. Programme management and project management; 3. Establishing a platform function; 4. Granting subsidies on behalf of the contracting authority.
