Netherlands – Charge cards – Tank- en laadpassen

The VRH wishes to collaborate with a supplier who can provide all VRH vehicles with a fuel card and/or charging pass. The pass must allow for refuelling and/or charging at all fuel stations and all public charging points in the Netherlands. The VRH will base the settlement on the price shown on the meter/pump during charging or refuelling. It must be possible to manage, per pass, which fuel can be refuelled and whether additional services such as washing, oil, AdBlue, parking, etc. are allowed. Setting a PIN code, expenditure limit, or blocking passes must also be easily manageable centrally. Information on consumption per refuelling/charging session per vehicle must be digitally available as an overview so that this information can be included in our data warehouse. The scope depends on the offer in the tender, developments in fuel prices, and consumption.
