Component KG D (Roof area approx. 24.6 * 24.6 = 605 m²) - Demolition of old rainwater downpipes and sheet metal - Waterproofing works with the following sub-services

* Creation of warm roof on concrete deck with vapour barrier, mineral wool fall insulation and 2-layer bituminous waterproofing

* Plumbing works with the following sub-services

* Electro-installation sheet metal ducts integrated in base insulation

* Creation of new eaves covering and roof drainage system from pre-oxidised copper

* Creation of new roof drainage systems

* Roof gutter heating system incl. control and distribution

* Rope access system on flat roof

* Smoke and heat exhaust ventilation (RWA) flaps and roof hatch
