Within the framework of the "FORUM" project of the Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena, Lot 407 involves the execution of all heating and sanitary installations for the new communication centre and the renovation of the listed Griesbachsche Annex. The services include drinking water, wastewater and rainwater systems, a district heating supply with a house connection station, heating distribution networks, underfloor heating, radiators, and the complete equipment of the sanitary areas with sanitary ware, fittings, prefabricated wall elements and hygiene equipment. Particular emphasis is placed on accessibility, drinking water hygiene and energy-efficient building technology. In addition, a maintenance and inspection contract for the heating and sanitary systems is provided, which includes regular maintenance, inspection and minor repair work over a contract period of four years.
