The subject of the contract is the supply of electronic devices that interact with each other and the environment, along with the necessary software for these devices. The devices along with the software are referred to as the IT system or the IT system for PTZ in the rest of this document, as well as in other related documents. Whenever the IT system operator is mentioned, this refers to a person who makes entries in the IT system within the permissions granted by the administrator (e.g. changing the time allocated for travel between the next bus stop stations within the adjacent bus stop groups at a specified time of a specified type of day). The IT system operator may be an employee of the city office as the organiser of public collective transport, as well as an employee of the public collective transport operator. The detailed scope of the contract is specified by the SWZ with the annexes.
