Exploitation of the public sewerage service for wastewater in the Town of Bapaume. The concession is a public service delegation subject to the provisions of Article L. 1411-1 of the General Code of Local Authorities. The Concessionaire will operate the service at its own risk and will be responsible for the proper functioning of the service in accordance with the provisions of the contract and the fundamental principles of public service.
