**Task name:** „Comprehensive cleaning of the underground tanks of the fermentation segment located at the Biokompostownia, Waste Management Plant in Poznań sp. z o.o. of mineral-organic deposits with the pressure removal of solidified material from the tank walls, cleaning of the tank drainage system pipes and carrying out repair and sealing works of the reinforced concrete structure of the tanks”

1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive cleaning of the underground tanks of the fermentation segment located at the Biokompostownia, Waste Management Plant in Poznań sp. z o.o. of mineral-organic deposits with the pressure removal of solidified material from the tank walls, cleaning of the tank drainage system pipes and carrying out repair and sealing works of the reinforced concrete structure of the tanks.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).

3. The contracting authority recommends that contractors, before submitting an offer, conduct a local visit to the site of the works, after prior arrangement of the visit with a representative of the contracting authority at 669 229 896 between 9:00 and 15:00.

4. The contracting authority does not require the submission of subject-related evidence.

5. In accordance with Article 126(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority will call the contractor, whose offer was the highest rated, to submit, within a specified time limit, no shorter than 10 days from the date of the call, subject-related evidence, if they were required to be submitted in the contract notice or contract documents, current as of the date of submission of the subject-related evidence.

6. The contracting authority will make use of Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the contracting authority will first carry out an examination and evaluation of the offers, and then carry out a subject qualification of the contractor, whose offer was the highest rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure.
