Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Rabattverträge 2026-07

The statutory health insurers (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot is indicated by the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude discount contracts pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, active substance combinations or dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products specified in the respective lot. The medicinal products subject to the contract are - unless the contract provides otherwise - always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contracting partner according to the framework agreement on the supply of medicinal products pursuant to § 129 para. 2 SGB V. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The statutory health insurers do not guarantee any exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is generally a maximum of 24 months, starting at the earliest on 01.06.2026 (any deviations in start times are indicated in the details for the corresponding lot). The contract ends generally at the latest on 31.05.2028 (possible exceptions are indicated in the details for the corresponding lot), regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
