The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ. 1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forestry in accordance with the definition in art. 6, paragraph 1, point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Dz. U. from 2026, item 663 – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, forest nursery, forest seed, fire protection, wood extraction and logging, wood transport and maintenance of forest roads and tourist facilities, to be carried out in the Konstantynowo Forest District in 2027. 2) The material scope of the subject of the contract covers the summary quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, wood extraction and logging, wood transport and maintenance of forest roads and tourist facilities resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Annex No. 2.2.1. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Annex No. 2.2.2. - valuation of the contract value for individual works; Annex No. 2.2.3. - number of hours; Annex No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of the forestry in terms of wood extraction; Annex No. 2.3.2. – assortment layout of wood extraction in the forestry; Annex No. 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions of wood logging; Annex No. 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of extraction and logging; Annex No. 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical extraction; Annex No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of wood extraction (potential); Annex No. 2.3.7. - information on the optimal variant of wood extraction Annex No. 2.4.1. - potential locations for the care of forest plantations; Annex No. 2.4.2. - compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out with the help of a planter; 3) The material scopes compiled in the annexes constituting Annex No. 2 have an estimated character. 4) The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" Annex No. 3.2. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" Annex No. 3.3. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" Annex No. 3.4. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management" Annex No. 3.5. "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works" Annex No. 3.6. Tables of Parameters (separately for each of the Packages) regarding the activities indicated in the "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works" The detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and the detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ, as well as the detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of fire protection works (activities) specified in Annex No. 3.5. to the SWZ constitute the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If an activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ, Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ, or Annex No. 3.5. do not apply. The Tables of Parameters contain (separately for each Package) detailed information regarding the manner of performing some of the activities described in Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works, in Annex No. 3.3. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management, or in Annex No. 3.5. to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of fire protection in special conditions regarding a given Package constituting the subject of the contract. 5) The descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual forest works (activities) constituting the subject of the contract are described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 6) The description of the rules of the procedure for making the acceptance of forest works has been included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
