Purchase and implementation of an HR Information System for OPZC Rekem. The aim is to make our HR service within OPZC Rekem more efficient and service-oriented by implementing a new HR information system (HRIS). Currently, many HR processes are still manual, which is error-prone, time-consuming, and does not provide sufficient insights or service. An HRIS should automate these processes, centralise data, enable self-service functionalities for employees, ensure data quality, support reporting, and assist in data-driven decision-making. We prefer a platform that covers the HR cycle as completely as possible and seamlessly exchanges data with other platforms such as payroll (social secretariat) and time registration. We expect our HR information system to be able to exchange digital data with other HR modules such as the time registration system and the payroll system.
