Germany – Project-management services other than for construction work – Unternehmensprogramm „Erfolgsfaktor Familie“

To implement the corporate program "Erfolgsfaktor Familie", a contract is to be awarded for the project phase 2027-2028 (with an option for a one-time extension until the end of 2030). For the project phase 2027-2028, a maximum of 900,000 Euro (gross) is available annually. Tasks: Within the focus areas identified by the BMBFSFJ, new accents are to be set in the field of family and working world, combining a clear strategic orientation with convincing operational implementation. It is of particular importance to address the various stakeholders (economy/politics, employers, SMEs, trade unions) and to ensure broad-based communication with partners from the economy and trade unions or specialist media. Emphasis is placed on the practical and target group-specific presentation of scientific findings. The proposed formats and publications are always to be aligned with their communicability and sustainable impact on the respective target group. The contractor is responsible for developing an innovative overall concept for the corporate program "Erfolgsfaktor Familie" and implementing it in close coordination with the BMBFSFJ. The tender specification includes special provisions for existing measures or instruments that need to be continued. The following requirements must be taken into account in the conception of the coming program phase: (1) Strategic consulting (2) Identification and preparation of new aspects in the context of family and working world (3) Accompanying the reform of parental allowance (4) "Progress Index Compatibility" - promoting family-oriented corporate culture (5) Program management incl. program monitoring and documentation (6) Communication. Further tasks to be performed within the corporate program "Erfolgsfaktor Familie" (for which no separate concept needs to be submitted): (7) The strategic cooperations with business and industry associations as well as trade unions are to be continued in close coordination with the BMBFSFJ, and possible points of contact for cooperation are to be explored in order to bring the contents of the corporate program directly to the target groups and, with the help of the partners' channels, to the heart of the economy. Proposals for new partners and cooperations are expected, which will effectively enhance the broad impact of the program content and create new access also to (male-dominated) industries, where the topic of compatibility is still insufficiently addressed. (8) Content updating of selected existing publications as well as development and creation of content for new information materials for different target groups and addressees (approx. 1-2 per year). (9) Editorial creation of current news on the website (approx. 1-2 per month) and management of the content of the online newsletter "Erfolgsfaktor Familie", which appears on an ad-hoc basis two to three times a year. (10) Processing of ad-hoc requests from the BMBFSFJ on certain focal points (statistical information, research, processing, classification, evaluation of studies, derivation of consequences for employees with family responsibilities in the context of legislative projects). (11) Collaboration and coordination with the network office "Erfolgsfaktor Familie" based at the DIHK, utilization of synergies between the program and the network as well as the service center "Local Alliances for Family" and (ad-hoc) the framework agencies of the BMBFSFJ. (12) Presentation of the corporate program "Erfolgsfaktor Familie" as well as expert impulses from the corporate program "Erfolgsfaktor Familie" at selected specialist events with nationwide reach (approx. 3-4 per year). (13) Interim report and final report with evaluation of the program course incl. key documents.
