Hungary – Agricultural services – Mezőgazdasági szolgáltatások-DBR

This public procurement procedure aims to create a Dynamic Purchasing System (hereinafter: DPS) in accordance with Sections 106-107 of the Public Procurement Act, the objective of which is to procure the following agricultural services for Hortobágyi Természetvédelmi és Génmegőrző Nonprofit Kft. in the following categories:

1. Category: Manure transport, storage

2. Category: Combine harvesting

3. Category: Meadow haymaking (mowing, tedding, rowing, baling, bringing to storage, stacking)

4. Category: Haymaking, bringing in, stacking

5. Category: Sowing

The contracting authority, in accordance with Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, reserves the right to determine, in the invitation to tender sent simultaneously with the implementation of the DPS, the possibilities for submitting partial tenders for the specific procurement needs specified therein – depending on the subject matter and nature of the specific procurements.

The contracting authority, in accordance with Section 107 (2) of the Public Procurement Act, provides a detailed technical description (quantity, characteristics, etc.) of the specific procurements to be implemented in the DPS simultaneously with the sending of the invitation(s) to tender.

The contracting authority sets out general contractual terms, which are to be interpreted together with the specific contracts concluded as a result of the procedures according to the invitations to tender.
