The contracting authority requests an economic system that supports the processes for billing and customer accounting, continuous accounting and cash/journal entries, closing of accounts, supplier accounting, fixed asset register and budget/forecast as well as reporting. The assignment aims to procure a comprehensive solution that is secure, effective and flexible and that can be continuously upgraded to new versions with minimal effort from the municipality. The contracting authority requests a system delivered as SaaS, cloud service. The overall objective of the procurement is to obtain effective, flexible and user-friendly IT support to: · obtain cost-effective IT support by simplifying routines and offering work in a modern economic system · create conditions for a process-oriented digital way of working Identified project goals: · Free up time for analysis, decision support and proactive work to develop operations. · Increased automation and use of workflow · Increased self-service is requested in certain parts of the system · Increased user-friendliness that enables self-service even for infrequent users · Increased user-friendliness for administrators and financial staff · Increased feeling of “one system” is requested · Increased ability to rely on the system for good internal control. Tenderers must have good knowledge of the processes that the economic system is to support. The procurement concerns 1. IT support for processes with the functional areas specified in section 1.19 2. Services during implementation 3. Operation, maintenance and support during the contract period including updates required to comply with Swedish laws and applicable agreements.
