It includes a "standard contract" part and a "framework agreement with purchase orders" part. Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The contracting authority reserves the right to subsequently entrust the framework agreement holder, pursuant to Articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code, with one or more new framework agreements for the provision of similar services for the Services part. This consultation includes environmental execution conditions, the details of which are indicated in the CCAP. Compliance with these provisions is a condition of offer conformity. An offer containing reservations or not complying with these specific execution conditions will be declared irregular for non-compliance with the tender specifications. Each affected contractor must implement all the means at its disposal to meet these sustainable development objectives within the framework of the service provision.
