The subject of the contract covers the design and execution of construction works within the investment entitled: „Construction of a multi-level P&R and B&R parking lot in Wieliczka”. 2. The task is co-financed under Action FENX.03.01 Urban transport priority FENX.03 Urban transport of the Programme Funds for European Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027. 3. The Scope of the Contract includes all necessary actions to ensure the correct, compliant with the law, the conditions of the contract, the requirements set out in the Functional-User Programme and other documents constituting the annexes to the SWZ, the design and execution of the subject of the Contract. 4. The subject of the contract is: the preparation of comprehensive design documentation, the construction and the handover for use of the investment entitled „Construction on plots no. 1752/37 and 1752/33, parcel 0001 Wieliczka, of a multi-level (3 levels) P&R and B&R parking lot planned for 250 parking spaces for cars and 30 parking spaces for bicycles, which will be implemented as part of the FENIKS 2021-2027 programme (Action FENX.03.01).” 5.
