France – Restoration work – RCU ECOME – ORLEANS - Travaux d’aménagement de locaux sociaux dans la chaufferie gaz ECOME Sud (ex SOCOS)

The ORLEANS Métropole, competent in the creation, development, maintenance and management of heat networks, has decided to entrust a third party, within the framework of a public service delegation of a duration of 10 years, with the design, financing, implementation, operation, maintenance, renewal and modernisation of the public service for the production and distribution of urban heating over part of its territory: ORLEANS LA SOURCE, OLIVET and FLEURY LES AUBRAIS. In this context, DALKIA will act as the Delegated Project Owner, on behalf of ÉCOME, to carry out installations for the production and distribution of heat. To this end, work is planned to transform a process zone of the ÉCOME Sud (ex SOCOS) gas boiler room into social premises. The surface area of the social premises created is approximately 200 m². Work to be carried out: Preparatory work Demolitions - civil engineering Cladding External joinery Partitions, linings - ceilings Internal joinery Tiles - sanitary ware Finishing work Electricity Plumbing Heating - cooling Ventilation of premises The contracting entity reserves the right to ask tenderers to present one or more mandatory variants, which will then be described in the DCE.
