This is a general contractor contract, with technical lots indicated as indicative. As a principal rule, for the described works, the contract is awarded at a lump sum. As an ancillary rule, it is awarded in the form of a framework agreement in accordance with the provisions of Article R2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code.
