Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open House Originale Rabattverträge 2025-05 - Emtricitabin/Tenofovirdisoproxil/Rilpivirin (Wirkstoffkombination)

The TK aims to conclude discount contracts in accordance with § 130c para. 1 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance combination Emtricitabine/Tenofovir disoproxil/Rilpivirine. The contract conclusion takes place within the framework of the TK's Open-House-Original procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents will not be conducted; uniform conditions apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract duration is a maximum of 24 months, commencing on 01.03.2025. The contract ends at the latest on 28.02.2027, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/expiry of market exclusivity before the aforementioned end date, the contract will automatically end with the expiry of the month of patent expiry/market exclusivity. Joining this Open-House-Original procedure is possible at any time during the contract period. Due to the existence of industrial property rights with regard to the active substance which is the subject of the contract or the active substance combination which is the subject of the procedure, the participation and contract documents will only be made available to those pharmaceutical companies that offer/place on the market medicinal products containing the active substance which is the subject of the procedure or the active substance combination which is the subject of the procedure or that credibly assure the TK that they will offer/place on the market such medicinal products during the contract period.
