In the course of accommodating the state authorities, the buildings at Mecklenburgstraße 4-6 are to be comprehensively renovated based on the DZ. In addition to the conversion into an office building (special structure), house, fire protection and safety requirements will also be implemented. The planning assignment from 02.01.20 specifies a space requirement of 3,019 m² (NUF1-6) for the interim accommodation of the State Chancellery. Total construction costs of 49.3 million (M4-6 and 8) have been set. Both buildings (M4-6) have a GFA of 13,621 m². Above-average planning requirements are to be expected. The planning services include: object planning TA for buildings M4-6. Specific service obligations according to the attached tender documents. The scope of planning initially includes performance level 4 and 5 (LPH 8-9 HOAI). The confirmed EW-Bau of 04/2023 is to be implemented. The LST 2-3 (LP5 to 7) are to be used as required. The result of LST 2-3 will be made available for further use.
