This consultation aims to appoint the successful tenderer to carry out the design work for the redevelopment of the former tennis hall into an intergenerational, out-of-school and community spaces in Oeting. The work subject to the design mission falls under the category "building rehabilitation works", as defined in the Public Procurement Code, particularly its Book IV. The design mission is composed as follows (refer to the CCTP): Firm Section (TF): Studies for the redevelopment of the former tennis hall into an intergenerational, out-of-school and community spaces ESQ, APS, APD + Additional mission DIAG/REL (diagnosis + surveys) Optional Section 1 (TO1): Works for the redevelopment of the former tennis hall into an intergenerational and out-of-school space. PRO, AMT, VISA (including 1/2 EXE and SYNT), DET, AOR + Possible additional service n°1 Complete execution studies (EXE) + Possible additional service n°2 Scheduling, monitoring and coordination (OPC) Optional Section 2 (TO2): Thermal renovation works of the building accommodating the associations and the motor skills room. Conversion of the former changing rooms into community rooms. PRO, AMT, VISA (including 1/2 EXE and SYNT), DET, AOR + Possible additional service n°1 Complete execution studies (EXE) + Possible additional service n°2 Scheduling, monitoring and coordination (OPC). Candidates must necessarily submit a tender including the above possible additional services. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject these possible additional services. The share of the pre-tax financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority is 2,100,000 euros HT.
