Description

1. The subject of the contract is: − the provision of a waste removal service from specified locations across the country, which are their current storage sites, including the loading of waste onto the Contractor's engaged transport units and preparing the waste for transport from its current storage sites to the final recovery and/or disposal facilities, excluding storage; − the provision of a waste management service including the transport of waste from its current storage sites and the transfer of waste to final recovery and/or final disposal facilities, which have a permit to carry out the recovery or disposal of waste with the given code, located in the country, and subjecting the waste to final recovery/disposal processes, excluding storage. The final recovery and/or disposal of waste may be preceded by transitional processes; − the submission of documentation confirming the management of waste in the final recovery/disposal process, excluding storage, in accordance with the requirements described in the contract subject description. 2. The Buyer allows for the possibility of submitting partial offers for any part or parts of the contract. The offer must include all assortment items within the part of the contract for which it is submitted. 3. The description of the subject of the contract and the method of its implementation is contained in Annex No. 8 to SWZ – „Description of the Subject of the Contract”, appropriately for each part of the contract. This description should be read with changes to the content of SWZ, which are the result of, for example, responses to contractors' queries. 4. As part of the contract implementation, the Contractor is obliged to ensure (depending on the Contract Part) on the terms and in the manner provided for in the Agreement: − that each vehicle used to transport waste is equipped with a satellite position monitoring system (GPS) or an equivalent system enabling continuous registration of the vehicle's route; − that each waste transport is equipped with a load security monitoring system, i.e. secured with an electronic GPS seal or an equivalent monitoring device ensuring transport integrity control; − a visual monitoring system at the location from which the waste is removed. − the characteristics and photographs of the waste are included in Annex No. 1 to OPZ. − the minimum requirements for the systems are included in Annex No. 2 to OPZ. 5. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the „Pricing Form” – Annex No. 9a, 9b and 9c to SWZ, appropriately for each part of the contract. This description should be read with changes to the content of SWZ, which are the result of, for example, responses to contractors' queries.
