Germany – Counselling services – Aufwind

The target group of the offer are long-term unemployed benefit recipients who require intensive support in various areas of life. The offer is structured in two phases: 1: Conducting a biological/psychological assessment and 2: Conducting health and placement coaching based on a work plan created in Phase 1. In Phase 2, the participant, if they remain, is to be accompanied and placed in an appropriate job with an employer on the 1st labour market to the best of our ability. In addition, the coaching can include comprehensive stabilising elements.
