3.1. Scope of the subject of the contract

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forestry in accordance with the definition in art. 6 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Dz. U. z 2026 r. poz. 663 – „Act on Forests”) covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, mechanical soil preparation for regeneration, all forestry works at the Forest Nursery „Brzeźnica”, seed production, OHZ LP „Tworóg” Brynek Forest District, agricultural and meadow management, to be carried out in the area of the Brynek Forest District in 2027.

2) The scope of the subject of the contract covers the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, mechanical soil preparation for regeneration, all forestry works at the Forest Nursery „Brzeźnica”, seed production, OHZ LP „Tworóg” Brynek Forest District, agricultural and meadow management resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 2.1. – planned work size; Annex No. 2.2.1. - detailed work size by groups of activities, activities and location; Annex No. 2.2.2. - evaluation of the contract value for individual works; Annex No. 2.3.1. – forestry characteristics in the field of timber harvesting and maintenance; Annex No. 2.3.2. – assortment structure of timber harvesting in the forest district; Annex No. 2.3.3. – compilation of distances and conditions for timber extraction; Annex No. 2.3.4. – compilation of positions with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and extraction; Annex No. 2.3.5. – compilation of positions not available for mechanical harvesting; Annex No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology for timber harvesting (potential); Annex No. 2.3.7. - information on the optimal variant of timber harvesting Annex No. 2.4.1. - potential locations for the maintenance of forest crops; Annex No. 2.4.2. - compilation of positions not available for renewals carried out using a planter.

3) The scopes set out in the annexes forming part of Annex No. 2 are indicative.

4) The quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Annex No. 3.1. „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works"; Annex No. 3.2. Tables of Parameters relating to the activities indicated in the „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forestry works"; Annex No. 3.3. „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management"; Annex No. 3.4. Tables of Parameters relating to the activities indicated in the „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of nursery management"; Annex No. 3.5. „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of hunting management"; Annex No. 3.6. Tables of Parameters relating to the activities indicated in the „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of hunting management"; Annex No. 3.7. „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of agricultural and meadow management"; Annex No. 3.8. Tables of Parameters relating to the activities indicated in the „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of agricultural and meadow management"; Annex No. 3.9. „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of fire protection"; Annex No. 3.10. Tables of Parameters relating to the activities indicated in the „Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works in the field of fire protection".

The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual works (activities); forestry works, nursery management works, seed production, works in the field of hunting management, works in the field of agricultural and meadow management, works in the field of fire protection, specified in Annex No. 3.1, 3.3, 3.5, 3.7, 3.9 to the SWZ, form the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If an activity described in the above annexes has not been provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then the provisions of Annex No. 3.1, 3.3, 3.5, 3.7, 3.9 to the SWZ do not apply in this respect. The Tables of Parameters as Annexes No. 3.2, 3.4, 3.6, 3.8, 3.10 contain (separately for each Package) detailed information on the manner of performing some of the activities described in Annex No. 3.1., 3.3, 3.5, 3.7, 3.9 to the SWZ Description of the standard of technology for the performance of works; forestry works, nursery management works, seed production, works in the field of hunting management, works in the field of agricultural and meadow management, works in the field of fire protection in special conditions relating to a given Package forming part of the subject of the contract.

5) Descriptions of the activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) forming part of the subject of the contract have been described in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.

6) A description of the rules of the procedure for carrying out the acceptance of forestry works has been included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.

7) The subject of the contract has been divided into parts („Package”).
