Conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of an ESG reporting software (SaaS) for Bayerischer Rundfunk and other eligible parties. The framework agreement is to be concluded with a bidder for a duration of 24 months, from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2028 (basic term), with an automatic extension option for 2 times 12 months up to a total duration of 48 months. The maximum order quantity for the total duration of 48 months is different for the advertised services. These maximum order quantities are specified in the price list in column C!
