France – Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installation work – Marché Global de Performance pour le site du GCS UTIL

The Amiens-Picardie University Hospital Centre wishes to launch a tender for a Performance-Based Contract for the site of the GCS UTIL (Inter-Institutional Laundry Treatment Unit Cooperative Manager), of which it is the owner. The GCS UTIL is a hospital laundry treatment facility. The tender is for the award of a public performance-based contract (MGP), in accordance with Article L.2171-3 of the Public Procurement Code, covering the energy performance of the GCS UTIL building's facilities. The contract to be awarded is concluded after competitive dialogue in accordance with Articles L.2124-4, R.2124-5 and R.2124-3-3° of the Public Procurement Code. This tender concerns the rehabilitation of an existing structure. This notice relates to Phase 1 "candidacies" of the competitive dialogue.
