Romania – Excavating machinery – Furnizare buldoexcavator în leasing financiar - D.S. COVASNA

The Covasna Forestry Directorate wishes to acquire a bulldozer excavator, on a 60-month financial lease, equipment intended for maintenance, current repairs and operational interventions on the forest roads under administration. The acquisition includes, in addition to the product, the following services: financial leasing services, mandatory insurance services (RCA), optional insurance services (CASCO), in accordance with the descriptions in the terms of reference. Number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 15 days. The response to all requests for clarifications/additional information will be made on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
