Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Max-Planck-Institut für Biochemie (Martinsried) - BIOC360 – Sanierung BT GH - „Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung (HKLS)“

The buildings of the Martinsried Campus of the two institutes, MPI for Biochemistry and MPI for Biological Intelligence, from the 1970s are in urgent need of renovation and are no longer suitable for the future requirements of scientific work in research. The ground floor and first floor, as well as parts of the second floor of building section GH of the "Großer Stern," have been vacant for some time and have not been substantially renovated or rebuilt since their creation. With this major construction project, these areas are to be renovated to accommodate four new appointments for both institutes by early 2030. The aim is to create standardised generic laboratory areas with the associated office areas. As part of this construction project, it is also planned to carry out the overdue renovation of the central ventilation systems in building section GH. This approach will ensure the ability to appoint new staff at both institutes in parallel with the new construction of the campus. The subject of this VgV tendering procedure are the necessary services of the "Technical Equipment Planning (HVAC)" according to § 55 in conjunction with Appendix 15 of the HOAI 2021 for the ALG 1, 2, 3, 7 & 8 in the LPH 2 to 3 and 5 to 9, plus special services.
