Netherlands – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Ontwerp nieuwbouw kindcentrum de Triangel te Lelystad

The objective of this procurement is to select a Contractor to design a new childcare centre, Triangel, in Lelystad. The Contract involves, inter alia, drafting the Programme of Requirements (hereinafter PvE) and developing this PvE across all design disciplines from the SO to a VO, DO and a TO, including the preparation and submission of the application for the environmental permit required for the implementation phase. The Client uses a task-based budget with a maximum of € 650.000,00 (exclusive of VAT) for advisory costs.
