1. The subject of the procurement is the supply of computer equipment and software, as well as the provision of warranty service on the terms set out in the SWZ, including in the draft contract. 2. The subject of the procurement has been divided into 14 parts – Tasks, the description of which is contained in the SWZ and its annexes. 3. The contracting authority will not apply the institution referred to in Article 107(2) of the Pzp Act in this procurement procedure.
