The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The Seine Amont (ASAM) agency of the Territorial Directorate (DT) of Paris has a recurring need for the maintenance and rehabilitation of roofs (subject of lot 1), and the renovation and/or replacement of roofs (subject of lot 2), for the warehouses at the port of Bonneuil to ensure the contractual coverage commitments made to its lessees. Reinforcement of the metal frames (subject of lot 3) may also be necessary to replace a defective basic roof with a new, insulated or fireproof roof, of the same or greater weight due to the application of current standards related to the calculations of the strength of the frames. This reinforcement may also be necessary if the initial frame must support additional weight when installing solar panels. Indeed, the strategic project of the establishment or the tertiary decree leads ASAM to study the possibility of developing photovoltaic electricity production on its built heritage. The replacement of old roofs is an opportunity to potentially develop the installation of solar panels (subject of lot 4). The present consultation therefore aims to select service providers who will, depending on the lots, carry out the tasks of routine maintenance and upkeep of roofs, renovation of roofs, reinforcement of metal frames, and the supply, installation, and commissioning of photovoltaic panels on the roofs of the warehouses located at the Port of Bonneuil-sur-Marne.
