This specification describes the procurement of Temporary Agency Workers via a supplier, with the possibility for the Contracting Authority to also engage employees via payroll rate. The Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with two Framework Contractors, who, during the term of the Framework Agreement, must meet the conditions for the execution of the Contract. The Framework Contractor that finishes in 1st place in the evaluation of the European tendering procedure will initially receive all requests for the supply of Temporary Agency Worker(s). If the Framework Contractor that finished in 1st place cannot supply the requested Temporary Agency Worker(s) within the deadlines set out in paragraph 3.3 of the technical specifications, then the Contracting Authority will send the request for the supply of the Temporary Agency Worker(s) to the Framework Contractor that finished in 2nd place.
