Netherlands – Survey conduction services – Uitvoeren onderzoek beleving voeding in detentie t.b.v. Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen

The contract involves conducting surveys among detainees on their experience of food in detention over multiple years. The (field) research must take into account the sometimes hard-to-reach target groups of detainees. The research is to be conducted annually at 30 DJI facilities spread across the Netherlands. It is intended to conclude an agreement with 1 contractor. The contract starts with an implementation phase of three months, after which the execution phase follows, initially for four years, and subsequently four extension options of a maximum of one year each. The contracting authority assumes an estimated total contract value, including ALL options, of € 1,365,000,- excluding VAT. A fixed budget will be made available, for which the contract is to be executed. The tender does not compete on price, but solely on quality.
