France – Sewage treatment consultancy services – Assistance technique, administrative et financière pour le contrôle et mise en conformité des installations d'assainissement en partie privative

This consultation concerns technical, administrative and financial assistance for the control and compliance of private sewage systems. The Roissy Pays de France agglomeration community is responsible for waste management (collection, transport and treatment of effluents) in the Seine-et-Marnais territory, exclusively in: Othis, Moussy-le-Neuf, Moussy-le-Vieux, Longperrier, Dammartin-en-Goële, Villeneuves-sous-Dammartin, Rouvres, Saint-Mard, Juilly, Thieux, Compans, Mauregard, Le Mesnil-Amelot, Mitry-Mory, Villeparisis, Gressy and Claye-Souilly. It is committed to the fight against pollution of the natural environment and against flooding. This objective will be achieved through several aspects: in the public domain: - the sanitation of non-sanitized roads, - the implementation of a separate sanitation system, in the private domain: - connection to collective sanitation systems, - compliance of internal installations. As part of the follow-up of the controls of private connection and compliance of installations on its territory (during real estate sales, during the implementation of a separate sewage network program…), the Roissy Pays de France agglomeration community wishes to be assisted by a service provider.
