Netherlands – Insurance services – Eigenrisicodragerschap WGA

The contracting authority wishes to conclude a new WGA own risk-bearing insurance contract as of 1-1-2027 to cover all allocable liabilities of the WGA own risk-bearing scheme. In addition to the basic coverage, the run-off risk must also be covered. The contracting authority is the own risk bearer for the Sickness Benefits Act and intends to remain so for the entire term of the new WGA insurance. See tendering guide.
