For the contracting of these types of services, the transport of UMC Jilţ employees from their residence to the workplace and back will be ensured, under conditions of safety and comfort, with a transport schedule that aligns with the employees' work schedule, in accordance with the Specification Document No. 3901/UMJ/19.02.2026. Subsequent service contracts will be awarded for 6 months. The minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract are as follows: -min. no. of trips: 3,286; -max. no. of trips: 6,571; The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement can be found in the annex to the specification document. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond, once, clearly and completely to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
