Germany – Medical equipments – Installation und Inbetriebnahme OP-Tisch-Systeme

The objective of this procurement procedure is the procurement, installation and commissioning of several operating table systems for the Central Operating Theatre of the Klinikum Garmisch-Partenkirchen at the Garmisch-Partenkirchen site. The contractor will assume complete execution of the tendered services and project responsibility with the following contents: - Clarification of installation prerequisites - Involvement in determining the structural requirements for accommodating the new systems - Submission of planning documents for the installation of the systems - Professional dismantling and optional removal/purchase of the existing tables including accessories - Preparation for installation, delivery of the systems and performance of the installation - Installation/integration into the existing system environment - Training and training of personnel - Commissioning, system test, support during test operation, functional, safety-related acceptance and handover to the clinic - Service, maintenance and care of the systems during and after the warranty period with a term of 10 years. The assembly and installation services are to be provided in the period 09.11.2026 - 13.11.2026. The assembly and installation services must be completed by 18.12.2026 at the latest. Positions marked as "Optional" or as a contingency (see Bill of Quantities Chapter 1.3) can also be commissioned by the contracting authority after the award and within the warranty period at the offered conditions. There is no acceptance obligation for positions marked as optional. Furthermore, reference is made to the service description, the bills of quantities and the supply contract.
