Netherlands – River regulation and flood control works – PRW214 - S041-2026 A&B Onderhoudsbestek Watersystemen 2027-2028

The work to be carried out is located in the province of Zeeland within the management area of the contracting authority and is divided into the following nine (9) parcels: Parcel 1 – various locations on Schouwen-Duiveland; Parcel 2 – various locations on Tholen and Sint Philipsland; Parcel 3 – various locations on Walcheren; Parcel 4 – various locations on Walcheren and Noord-Beveland; Parcel 5 – various locations in the Sak van Zuid-Beveland; Parcel 6 – various locations on Noord and Oost Zuid-Beveland; Parcel 7 – various locations on West Zeeuws-Vlaanderen; Parcel 8 – various locations on Midden Zeeuws-Vlaanderen; Parcel 9 – various locations on Oost Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. Under the scope of the framework agreement falls the maintenance of the contracting authority's water systems and these mainly consist of the following tasks: Carrying out mechanical dredging (using a crane with a maximum reach of 22 meters) from the side of various watercourses for maintenance dredging works; Transporting the freed dredged material; Carrying out bank repairs including fauna exit places; Repairing drainage outlets; Removing and placing (agricultural) dams; Cleaning of culverts; Carrying out green tasks (pruning) prior to carrying out dredging works; Carrying out emergency works for the water system; Carrying out additional works. The following do not fall under the scope of the framework agreement: The contracting authority reserves the right at all times to carry out works in all parcels with its own equipment, with or without the cooperation of the contractor; Investment projects; Overdue dredging works; In the event of disasters, the contracting authority reserves the right to use third parties; Works as mentioned in this framework agreement that coincide with other works on the water systems (combining works); Works where measures must be taken for works in contaminated soil and/or waterbed.
