The HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH is one of the municipal housing companies of the state of Berlin. The core element of the company's strategy is the social mandate. The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement with an agency to support the corporate newsroom of the HOWOGE. The aim is to ensure integrated, target group-oriented and cross-channel communication via all relevant analogue and digital channels for both internal and external communication. An agency is sought for the operational implementation of the topic management controlled by the client, as well as for the creation and preparation of content for various HOWOGE communication channels (web, social media, media relations, print customer magazine). This includes supporting communication with political stakeholders and tenant committees. Content production is carried out in close coordination with the company/department of corporate communications and marketing (UK) and the press department (P).
