Netherlands – Construction work – RDW Testcentrum Marknesse

The RDW test centre is currently located in Lelystad and requires expansion and suitable new accommodation. The new RDW test centre will be relocated to Marknesse and aims to optimally and sustainably facilitate service provision. This Contract/ Agreement is divided into 2 lots and relates to the following:

1. Lot 1: Construction and building works (incl. fixed equipment): building for the test track, consisting of test halls/vehicle workshop, an office building, and various ancillary buildings;

2. Lot 2: Installation works: electrical and mechanical engineering installations.

The following components fall outside the scope of this Contract/ Agreement:

1. site development, test track, pump building and access roads (= site contractor);

2. loose furniture;

3. signage.
