France – Maintenance of information technology software – TIERCE MAINTENANCE APPLICATIVE (TMA) d’un système du CEA dédié à la Gestion Intégrée du Patrimoine des Sites (GIPS)

Framework agreement for the provision of application third-party maintenance (TMA) for the computer system known as GIPS, dedicated to the management of the movable and immovable property of the various sites of the DAM, including its operational maintenance (MCO) and security (MCS) and allowing for its evolution. The main services expected are as follows: - Management of the service; - Preventive and corrective maintenance of the GIPS system applications: operational maintenance (MCO) and security (MCS) to ensure the proper functioning of the GIPS application; - Technical and evolutionary maintenance of the GIPS system applications; - Expertise, for example: audit of the content and use of GIPS, audit of certain processes and establishment of recommendations, production of studies on the sustainability of data and attached files in GIPS; - Training of CEA employees using GIPS, for example: presentation of the application components, professional practices, handling of the GIPS computer system, training on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) application. The total duration of the framework agreement is 5 years and 8 months, including 4 optional months of incoming reversibility, 3 years firm and 2 years optional of operational phase, and 4 optional months of outgoing reversibility. The framework agreement is single-supplier and includes only one lot. The ceiling amount of the framework agreement is set at 8,000,000.00 euros excluding tax.
