Germany – Information technology services – S/4HANA Migration

Subject of the procurement is the comprehensive transformation of the ERP system landscape of the Uniklinik Erlangen. The project includes the technical conversion from SAP ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA as well as process transformations driven by SAP S/4HANA Best Practices. Specifically, the project order consists of:

1. Technical migration and implementation of the mandatory changes required for this

2. Standardisation: Identification of possible improvements of non-standard functions through standardisation

3. Process improvement: Identification of possible improvements through process optimisation and/or new S/4HANA functions

Decisions on the implementation of possible adaptations from points 2 and 3 will be made during the project. Cost/benefit and the impact on the project timeline will be taken into account. The resulting tasks will be scheduled as an extension of the project scope. This also applies to the introduction of Fiori beyond the mandatory scope.
