Germany – Repair and maintenance services of security and defence materials – BG_1675_EU/26- Werksinstandsetzung von SCHALTKASTEN, ELEKT des Systems SPz Marder

The contract covers the repair of SCHALTKASTEN,ELEKT of the SPz Marder system. Bidders must take into account when submitting their tenders that the information on the respective lots is derived solely from historical values estimated requirements and may include any additional requirements (safety margin). The actual orders placed during the contract period may deviate in terms of the quantities required in a lot for the respective supply numbers. The upper limit for each order is in any case the total quantity summarized in the relevant lot (estimated requirement + safety margin). This contract does not obligate the contracting authority to place individual orders. The contract period begins with the award of the contract and ends after 4 years. If the existing contract between HIL GmbH and the Bundeswehr ends for any legal reason, the framework agreement can be terminated by a special termination right.
