The service will take place in a secure area adjacent to the collective restaurant of the centre. This location offers a space of approximately 25 m², including a counter area and a storage space. The services offered may include:

• Laundry, ironing, shoe repair, sewing,

• Assistance with administrative procedures (registration certificate, technical inspection…),

• Sending and receiving parcels,

• Car washing and cleaning,

• Organisation of technical inspections, vehicle servicing and repairs,

• Delivery of fruit/vegetable/meat/other baskets: the baskets will be delivered once a week (or at another pace depending on needs),

• Specific orders for bread and pastries...

• Putting service providers in touch: babysitting, cleaning lady, gardener, tutoring, IT support…,

• Mini convenience store: sale of stamps, tissues, tights, plasters, coffee, jam, honey, coffee capsules, tea...,

• Postal service: daily franking and registered mail deposit on demand,

• Flower delivery,

• Special offers,

• Organisation of one-off events for Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day… The Contractor will propose, lead and oversee on-site activities (estimated at 3 per year, including Candlemas, summer market and Christmas market) to create a dynamic. They must implement commercial actions, communication and marketing plans to attract new prospects, retain users, generate interest and enhance the concierge services. Beneficiaries must have three ways to access the services:

• An Internet portal (and its smartphone version),

• A telephone number: accessible to beneficiaries at least during working hours. The cost of a call will be the cost of a local call,

• The physical concierge: open 49 weeks a year, from Monday to Friday. The Contractor will send monthly dashboards to the CEA contract manager. The duration of the service is as follows:

- "incoming" reversibility period 1 month (optional);

- 3 years or 36 months (firm);

- 2 years or 24 months (optional);

- "outgoing" reversibility period 2 months (optional).
