The present public contract is awarded under the accelerated procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2123-1 and R. 2123-1, 3° (Social services and other specific services) of the Public Procurement Code. The public contract resulting from the present consultation constitutes a framework agreement setting out all the contractual terms and executed as orders are placed, in accordance with Articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is single-supplier. In accordance with Article R.2162-4 2° of the Public Procurement Code, the contracts are concluded without a minimum amount but with the following maximum order values for the total duration of the public contract (including renewals): lot no. 1: 600 000 euro(s) excl. VAT / lot 2: 450 000 euro(s) excl. VAT / lot 3: 600 000 euro(s) excl. VAT / lot 4: 200 000 euro(s) excl. VAT / lot 5: 450 000 euro(s) excl. VAT The present public contract is concluded from its notification date for a period of twelve months. At the end of this first contractual period, the public contract may be renewed tacitly 3 times for a new 12-month period. The estimated notification date of the public contract is 17 November 2026.
