FITKO (Föderale IT-Kooperation) AöRGermanyPublished on Jul 07, 2026
No deadline given

Description

The FITKO plays a central role in the digitalisation of Germany. In addition to other tasks, the FITKO will in the future be commissioned by the IT-Planungsrat to implement projects and take over and control further products. Overall, a rapid increase in tasks is to be expected. In order to be able to implement the projects quickly, the FITKO requires external support in eight different areas (disciplines): - Project management, - Interim product management, - Strategic consulting, - Enterprise and solution architecture, - Information security, - Data protection, - Digital accessibility, - Software engineering, software development and operations management. The specific services to be provided in this regard and the requirements will be described in more detail in the Statement of Work. In these disciplines, the FITKO can commission external support services from the contractor on an ad-hoc basis through individual call-offs. The contractor and framework partner provides the required services and maintains sufficiently qualified personnel for this purpose.
