Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_HLS_Landkreis Donau-Ries_Generalsanierung der Abt-Ulrich-Schule in Kaisheim

The district of Donau-Ries plans the general renovation of the Abt-Ulrich-Schule in Kaisheim. During the construction phase, an interim solution will be necessary. The subject of the contract is the phased commissioning of planning services for the scope of services Technical Equipment (Appendices 1, 2, 3 and 8 - HLS) in accordance with § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 15 No. 15.1 in the performance phases 1-9 (phase 4 only for plant group 1) as well as the special services "Creation of an operating manual with, inter alia, interdisciplinary system description, development of maintenance and inspection register, operating instructions and other operationally relevant information (requirement position)" and "Supervision of defect rectification within the limitation period."
