The operation involves an extension of the floor area of approximately 922m², of several parts of the school complex. Part of the work will involve the restructuring and change of use of the premises. Specific maintenance work and roofing will be carried out. Finally, the project also includes the external arrangements related to the new extensions for a total area of approximately 1000m². The works will be carried out under the framework of lotted contracts and will take place on an occupied site. The works are described in the programme, attached to the tender dossier.
